Level indicators and relay sensors

Ultrasonic level switches RIZUR-900 are designed to control the level of liquids in open or closed tanks, including the ones under pressure, in processing units at industrial facilities of chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries. 

It can also be used as an indicator of liquid presence/absence at a predetermined height of the tank.

RIZUR-100 is a universal device used as a capacitive relay sensor that measures different levels or, similar to a level switch, control points. The first design variant is for the maintaining, regulating and controlling the level of conductive and non-conductive media - liquids, cohesive products, free-flowing substances, and granulated media.

RIZUR-300 is a multi-functional conductometric relay sensor that is a new achievement in the field of control and measuring equipment.

Unlike other analogue conductometric relay sensors, RIZUR-300 has an explosion-proof and an intrinsically safe design variants and so can be used in hazardous areas on the inside facilities and processing systems. 

RIZUR-200 - an explosion-proof level and flow switch designed for measuring and control of flow and level, temperature changes and interface level of the measured liquid. RIZUR-200 is used in liquid and gaseous media in the process units of different configuration on equipment of chemical, metal, food, oil&gas, electric power, and fuel branches of the industry. RIZUR-200 switches are modern devices that combine safety and quality, while being multi-functioning and based on differential thermal method. 

Vibration level switch RIZUR-500 is designed to control the level of liquid, also, signaling its presence/absence at industrial faciities of chemical, petrochemical, pharmacetical, food and other industries. The equipment is used in open or closed tanks, inclujding the ones, that are under pressure in processing units.

Relay sensor for liquid level DRU-1PM used for liquid level control of water, diesel fuel, aircraft oil, as well as other types of liquids with dynamic viscosity of no more than 2,4 Pa•s and density of at least 0.8 g/sm³, non-aggressive to steel 12Х18Н10Т and rubber.

In regard to fire-safety, the relay sensor does not have the ability to self ignite or cause burning.

In accordance with climatic categories, the relay sensor belongs to the design variant Y of the 2nd category acc. to GOST 15150.
