Sight flow indicators RIZUR-VIP-7 and RIZUR-VIP-8 have the following process connection options: flange connection for RIZUR-VIP-7 and thread connection for RIZUR-VIP-8. These observation windows are different in shape and availability of options.

RIZUR-VIP-7 and RIZUR-VIP-8 are used as observation windows in tanks and reservoirs and as sight flow indicators in pipelines - for control and monitoring the flow, its speed, transparency, and colour.

RIZUR-VIP-7 and RIZUR-VIP-8 are widely used at chemical, petrochemical, oil-and-gas, metal, ship-building, machine-building, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and other branches of the industry. Sight flow indicators (observation window) RIZUR-VIP-7 and RIZUR- VIP-8 ensure clear view of the liquid flow in such types of equipment as: pipelines, laboratory blenders, fermenters, processing vessels, hydraulic reservoirs, closed vessels, pumps, redactor, compressors, commercial refrigeration equipment, etc.

These variants of the sight flow indicators (observation windows) are manufactured in accordance with the client’s requirements to the diameter and are used for operation with 12 MPa pressure (RIZUR-VIP-8).

Maximum process temperature is +260 °C.

RIZUR-VIP-7 and RIZUR-VIP-8 consist of an observation window and a housing, manufactured from one of the following materials:

stainless steel 07Х18Н13М2 (SUS316L),
nickel steel,
brass.

In order to achieve greater flow visibility, sight flow indicators RIZUR-VIP-7 are equipped with additional options – screen wiper and LED lamp. The screen wiper is used when there’s a necessity to enhance glass transparency. LED lamp can have height adjustments and optional rotation angle – it’s used for increasing the illuminance.
