RIZUR-KC-DC (Exd-IIC) (made of aluminium alloy)

RIZUR-KC-DC have a housing made of aluminium alloy using pressure-die casting. The box consists of a housing and a lid with an explosion-proof thread connection. The box is painted with an ink powder. Inside the housing there’s a mounting panel and DIN-rails with terminals, grounding bus and electrotechnical equipment. Side walls can have explosion-proof cable glands installed for different types of cables. The bottom part of the box has assembling channels with openings for the assembly bolts. All the fastenings are made of corrosion-resisting steel.

Explosion protection is ensured by a protection class "d" - explosion-proof casing.

RIZUR-КС-DB (Exd-IIB) (made of aluminium alloy)

RIZUR-KC-DB have a housing made of aluminium alloy using pressure-die casting. The box consists of a housing and a lid with an explosion-proof flange connection, tightened with captive screws. The lid is attached to the housing with hinges.

Inside the housing there’s a mounting panel, DIN-rails with terminals, and grounding buses. Side walls can have explosion-proof cable glands installed for different types of cables. The bottom part of the box has assembling channels with openings for the assembly bolts. All the fastenings are made of corrosion-resisting steel.

RIZUR-КС-А (Exe) (made of aluminium alloy)

The housing of RIZUR-KC-A is made of aluminium alloy resistant to the negative impact of the environment and various chemicals, including hydrochloric acid and hydrogen sulphide vapor. The box consists of a body and a lid, connected with the screws. RIZUR-KC sealing system has a labyrinth form and provides protection of more than IP66. Inside the boxes, there're explosion-proof spring clips\terminal screws with either "e" or "ia" protection marking (depending on the design version). The boxes' walls have cable glands for different types of cables, sockets, plugs, valves, etc.
All the fastenings are made of corrosion-resisting steel.

RIZUR-КС-N (Exe) (made out of stainless steel)

RIZUR-KC-N housing is made of sheet corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The box consists of a body and a lid, connected with screws. Inside the body, there's a mounting panel for DIN-rails and mounting clips, grounding studs, and other types of electric equipment. Side walls of the box can have explosion-proof cable glands for different types of cables, sockets, plugs, valves, etc. installed.

All the mounting elements are manufactured from corrosion-resistant steel.

RIZUR-KC-P (Exe) (glass-reinforced polyester)

The housing of explosion-proof junction box RIZUR-KC-P is made of glass-reinforced polyester, the colour is black. The box consists of a body and a lid, connected with screws. The number of screws depends on the dimensions of the box.
Inside the box, there's a mounting panel, DIN-rails with mounting clips, grounding studs, and other types of electric equipment.

Side walls of the box can have explosion-proof cable glands for different types of cables, sockets, plugs, valves, etc.
All the fastenings are made of corrosion-resisting steel.

RIZUR-KC-GK (Exe), for the heating cable connection

Junction boxes RIZUR-KC-GK are designed for the connection and fan-out of the power cables in the AC and DC networks of the electric installations. The boxes are classified as group II of electrical equipment according to GOST R MEK 60079-0-2011 and are used in the hazardous areas of inside and outside facilities in accordance with the explosion-proof marking 1ExeIIBT5Gb and GOST IEC 60079-10- 1-2011. The boxes can be operated under ambient temperature from -60°С to 85°С and relative humidity 93% at 40°С. Climatic category UHL1 according to GOST 15150- 69, type II atmosphere according to GOST 15150.
