Sight flow indicator RIZUR-VIP-4
Sight flow indicators RIZUR-VIP-4 have the following process connections: thread (male or female) or for welding. They can also have an impeller, balls or just an observation window. The peculiarity of this series if indicators - they can only be installed with an observation window facing upwards. Maximum pressure for these indicators - up to 0,6 MPa.
RIZUR-VIP-4 — sight flow indicator with thread or welded connection. They are used at facilities that require visual control of the operating media. This design variant is manufactured with the diameter requested by the Customer. It’s used for pressure up to 0.6 MPa. NPO RIZUR also offers customized design variants RIZUR-VIP-4 operating at temperatures of up to + 450°C.
Sight flow indicator has a housing made from the following materials:
- stainless steel 03Х16Н15М3 (an analogue of AISI 316L),
- stainless steel 08Х17Н13М2 (an analogue of AISI 316),
- stainless steel 08Х18Н10 (an analogue of AISI 304),
- brass,
- non-standard materials (on request).
The housing of sight flow indicator RIZUR-VIP-4 has an observation window that allows visual control of the flow. In order to achieve greater flow visibility, RIZUR-VIP-4 is completed with additional options, such as an impeller (rotary table) or balls. However, the design variant of RIZUR-VIP-4 with balls can only be installed with an observation window facing upwards.
When the measured media passes through, the impeller starts to turn and the balls to move around – this allows visual control of low-speed flows and media movement from a distance.
Sight flow indicators RIZUR-VIP-4 can also have a scale and observation window backlighting.
Insulation can be made of graphite, ftoroplast, NBR or Viton. These materials ensure complete containment of the device, the choice between them depending on the conditions of the technological process.
