Protective sunshades RIZURBOX
Protective sunshade RizurBox for pressure sensors and other EC&I equipment.
RIZUR sunshade is designed for equipment (EC&I, pressure sensors, manometers, flow meters, level meters, etc.) protection against atmosphere precipitation and mechanical impacts. It can be manufactured from different materials: stainless steel, aluminium, galvanized and carbon steel, etc. Anti-corrosion effect is achieved by powder paint coating or by using stainless steel as a base material. Dimensions and shape of the sunshades is determined by the Customer. The sunshade can be installed on a vertical surface, vertical/horizontal pipe, pipeline, etc.

The sunshades are used in outdoor facilities for equipment protection against atmospheric precipitations (snow and rain) and direct sunlight, as well as accidental mechanic impacts.
Design description
Protective metal sunshades are manufactured from carbon/stainless/galvanized steel and have welded construction. Special powder-polymer coating is used for protection against corrosion.
The sunshade surface is antistatic.
The sunshade can be installed on a vertical surface, vertical/horizontal pipe, pipeline, etc.
Standard versions of the metal mounting elements are manufactured from carbon steel with powder-polymer coating antique-silver (dark grey).

1) stainless steel + powder polymer coating (or no coating)
2) galvanized steel + powder polymer coating
3) black plate metal + powder polymer coating
4) aluminium
5) fiberglass
