Explosion-proof LED light RIZUR-LIGHT-C with ex-marking 1ЕхsbIICT4…6Gb is designed for operating at manufacturing facilities, objects, and areas with explosion-hazardous media and specific operating conditions in accordance with the ex-marking.
RIZUR-LIGHT-C is also available in an industrial version.
Application area and design description
A unique feature of this light is integrated optics ranging from 6 to 120 degrees that allows for specific lighting parameters at small spaces from long distances.
RIZUR-LIGHT-C is manufactured in an all-cast housing from an aluminum alloy with an anodized coating that protects the light from atmospheric precipitation and aggressive media.
Light-emitting diodes manufactured by OSRAM have expansion angle 6, 45, 80° or 120° and so form LDC of K, G or D type (in the basic versions). The diffuser is made from polycarbonate. The focusing lenses integrated into the diffuser make it possible to concentrate the light flux into narrow beams. Such construction allows for specific lighting parameters at small spaces from long distances. The housing provides ingress protection of IP66 with additional protection of current-carrying elements with silicone compound.
