Application area and design description

Explosion-proof LED light RIZUR-LIGHT-AM with ex-marking 1ЕхsbIICT4…6Gb is used for lighting industrial facilities, workshops, areas, and other explosion-hazardous sites in accordance with the specified marking. Special design of RIZUR-LIGHT-AM allows to compose complex modular systems of required form for increasing the luminous power.

RIZUR-LIGHT-AM is manufactured in an all-cast housing from an aluminum alloy AK9 with anodized coating that protects against atmospheric precipitations and operating media. Light-emitting diodes with luminous efficiency ranging from 110 Lm/W to 150 Lm/W and a half-value angle 120° make for a cosine LDC (D type). The diffuser is made from polycarbonate with 4 mm thickness. The housing has an ingress protection level of IP67 with additional protection of the current-carrying elements by silicone compound. 

All the end faces have 9 mm holes for connecting the lights with each other, suspension mount or fastening using cramps. Even distribution of the mounting holes on each vertical surface of the light allows to connect the lights in lines, squares, and groups with an offset of 1/2 relative to each other, in any number, which is limited only by the reliability of mounting structures. In this case the light'a module has an individual power source which guarantees only the reduction of light flux in an emergency that can cause the light to malfunction.
