Relay sensor RIZUR-DRU-1PM
Relay sensor for liquid level DRU-1PM used for liquid level control of water, diesel fuel, aircraft oil, as well as other types of liquids with dynamic viscosity of no more than 2,4 Pa•s and density of at least 0.8 g/sm³, non-aggressive to steel 12Х18Н10Т and rubber.
In regard to fire-safety, the relay sensor does not have the ability to self ignite or cause burning.
In accordance with climatic categories, the relay sensor belongs to the design variant Y of the 2nd category acc. to GOST 15150.
Design description and functions
Structural design of the relay sensor is show on picture 1. A microswitch is mounted inside the housing on a mounting bracket. The float fulfills a function of a probe. The operational principle is based on the position change of the float caused by the buoyancy force of the controlled liquid. The float, while moving, makes the lever affect the microswitch, connected into electric circuits of the signaling and starting devices.

According to resistance to mechanical stress, relay sensor belongs to group N4 acc. to GOST R52931.
Ingress protection - IP-54 acc. to GOST 14254. Relay sensors completed with I.S. barrier block "Signal" TU 4672-017-4233425899 with explosion protection level ExibIICT6 or similar ones can be used in equipment where explosive mixtures can appear.
Relay sensor weight no more than 1,4 kg.
