Explosion-proof heaters RIZUR-OShA-R

Heaters "OShA-R" are designed for use mainly in petroleum and gas industry in hazardous areas of inside and outside facilities of V-1a and V-1d (acc. to PUE ch. 7.3) for heating enclosures and boxes with EC&I and equipment that requires positive temperature for normal operation.



Explosion-proof heaters RIZUR-OShA-R have six design variants:

F - variant– equipped with a bimetallic thermostat (thermoregulator). All electric elements are placed in a metal housing and the jacket cavities are filled with heat-resistant heatconductive compound. The heater in F-variant is supplied with a power cable. The length of the power cable is specified at the time of order (standard length - 1m). This design variant does not allow for changes in temperature settings.  

FT - variant - equipped with a bimetallic thermostat (thermoregulator) and RIZUR-KC junction box.

S-variant - equipped with intelligent digital control module. At the software level, the heater is controlled by Jack E. Bresenham's modified adaptive algorithm. This algorithm ensures smooth long-time control of the heater's capacity and allows to maintain ambient air temperature in the heated area within an accuracy of 1°С. Surface temperature is in the range of  +20º ... +90ºС, the temperature inside the enclosure +1…+49 ºС. These paramters are chosen on the basis of the inquiry form. It's supplied with the supply cable, length of which is chosen at the order time.

ST-variant - equipped with intelligent digital control module and RIZUR-KC junction box. At the software level, the heater is controlled by Jack E. Bresenham's modified adaptive algorithm. This algorithm ensures smooth long-time control of the heater's capacity and allows to maintain ambient air temperature in the heated area within an accuracy of 1°С. Surface temperature is in the range of  +20º ... +90ºС, the temperature inside the enclosure +1…+49 ºС. These paramters are chosen on the basis of the inquiry form. This design varinat allows to power the heater using the junction box that is ibn the scope of supply.

SR-variant - equipped with intelligent digital control module. This heater is used with the thermoregulator RIZUR-TB-DCS manufactured on the basis of the digital control system consisting of a microcontroller, operating under the software, and a remote digital temperature sensor with the possibility of emergency signalling (relay output, 4...20mA, etc.). Additionally, specify the order code for the thermoregulator RIZUR-TB-DCS.

AR-variant - equipped with a built-in thermoregulator RIZUR-TB-DCS-2. This design variant is an intellligent heating system because it allows to control remotely climate conditions in the heater's location using PC or RS 485. Such addition allows to take readings of inside temperature, heater's temperature, correctness of the equipment operation, power consumed. This variant of the heater on the basis of a digital control system with local and remote control and emergency alarm setting. Additionally, specify the order code for the thermoregulator RIZUR-TB-DCS-2.
