Protective dismantable steel shields RIZUR-KSR are designed for installation on coupling sleeves for the power cables of 6 and 10 kV aimed at localizing fires and explosions that can be caused by a dielectric breakdown tn the coupling sleeves.
The shield is used to protect coupling sleeves, mounted in the wells and on a previously mounted and operating cable lines, as well as the ones mounted in a small spaces: tunnels, channels, sewers, and on cable racks.
RIZUR-KSR-1 and RIZUR-KSR-2 are designed for operation in a moderate continental climate, under roof and inside a facility, excluding spaces with high humidity.
