The bactericidal UV irradiator RIZUR-DEZ air recirculator has a lamp with a special coating that prevents the formation of ozone in the air, so the device is safe for humans.
The principle of operation of RIZUR-DEZ recirculator is based on forced blowing of the air stream by means of fans through a closed chamber along a low-pressure ion-free bactericide lamp giving radiation with a wavelength of 253.7 nm inside the irradiator housing. The air stream is filtered at the recirculator inlet.
The spectral composition of UV radiation responsible for the bactericidal effect is in the wavelength range of 205 - 315 nm. The maximum bactericidal action is at a wavelength of 254 nm.
